Subject: [adsl-qos] QoS spliting online service

I have the following configurarion
1. I have 1 online 256 kbits
2. Over the online ther are 3 services; internet and mail to the users,
published 2 sites
What I want; configure my firewall and do the following QoS :
1 give the a bandwith of 100 kbits to one of the site
2 give the rest of the banwith to the internet, mail and the 2nd site
In my firewall I'm nating the 2 sites to protect my interior network.

Somebaody have experience with this case??
Somebody could give me some advice ??
