Well I need this very bad. I have tried wondershaper and have been very
disappointed in its performace.
Netlimiter for windows works VERY good, but I refuse to use windows
anymore. So I must come up with a way to shape my outbound ftp packets
without affecting everything else.
I have a ftp server set up and I have 45 KByte send. I have to be able
to limit it to 36-38 K so that my websurfing doesnt suffer. Netlimiter
did this flawlessly, but wondershaper on my linux firewall did not work
that well. It would limit my overall send but it wasnt good enough. My
surfing still suffered.
